How to see a home (See It Now)
Want to walk through a home today? Open the listing and look at the buttons on the right.
- See It Now shows up on homes that are ready to view right away. Tap it and GIDDY DIGS finds an available local agent and dispatches them to open the property for you, no calls, no scheduling back-and-forth.
- Schedule Tour shows up when a home needs some advance notice before someone can let you in. You'll see how much notice it needs (for example "48hr+") right on the button. Tapping it adds the home to your Tour Cart so you can pick a time. See "How to schedule a tour of several homes."
A "See It Now" showing costs 100 Giddy Coins, and the soonest slot is about an hour out so the agent has time to get there.
After you confirm a See It Now, you can watch it happen live on screen:
- Finding an agent: we're matching you with someone nearby
- Agent assigned: an agent accepted your request
- En route: they're on the way
- Door is open: the agent has arrived and the home's ready to walk
- Complete: hope you found the one!
The agent who meets you is a GIDDY DIGS agent dispatched by the platform. You don't need to arrange anything yourself.
If you're low on coins, you'll be taken to buy more before the request goes out.
