How to search for homes
Start from the search bar at the top of the home page and just say what you're after, the way you'd say it out loud:
- "4 bedroom house with a pool under $500k in St George"
- "homes on at least half an acre in Cedar City"
- "condos in Salt Lake City with a view"
GIDDY DIGS reads your request and instantly shows matching listings on the map and in the list. You can filter by price, bedrooms, bathrooms, location, lot size, square footage, year built, and features like a pool, RV parking, a gated community, waterfront, fireplace, or new construction.
To narrow things down, keep talking to the search. Add or change a detail ("make that 3 beds" or "only new construction") and the results update. When you spot a home you like, tap it to open the full listing.
