How to make an offer
When you've found the one, you can build and submit a complete offer without leaving GIDDY DIGS. (First time? You'll need to be ∫uper rank with your Home Showing & Representation Agreement signed. See "How to unlock making offers.")
From the listing, tap Instant Offer, then:
- Enter your offer amount.
- Fill in your terms: down payment, loan type, earnest money, any seller contribution or home warranty, and a few disclosures.
- Upload your proof of funds so the offer's ready to be taken seriously.
- Review everything, then e-sign right on screen. Your offer is packaged and submitted automatically.
Everything is handled in the app. There's nobody you need to call to get an offer in. For legal questions about what an offer commits you to, it's always wise to consult a licensed attorney.
