How to unlock making offers
GIDDY DIGS gets you ready to make offers right inside the app. There's no in-person meeting to schedule.
The one step that unlocks offers is signing your Home Showing & Representation Agreement (also known as the Buyer Broker Agreement, or BBA). You complete and e-sign it on screen, and that moves your account up to ∫uper rank, which turns on offer-making.
Once you're ∫uper with your agreement signed, the Make an Offer option becomes available on any listing. If you head to make an offer before that's done, GIDDY DIGS walks you through signing it first.
